Providing solid foundations for more than 20 years.

About Courtyard Manor of Wixom, Michigan Since 1987, we have built a solid reputation for providing high-quality and state-licensed compassionate care. Each of our four buildings is a CARF-accredited program designed to offer residents a more home-like setting that also provides state-of-the-art, in-house clinical services.

We serve mentally ill adults over the age of 35 whose lives have been touched by schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression and dementia, as well as other health issues, such as heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, seizures and other chronic diseases.

Our Continuum of Care Philosophy:

We have a psychiatrist, an internist, nurses and master’s level social workers on staff, so residents don't need to leave for individual and/or group therapy, or primary-care appointments.

Clinical services delivered in-house include:

By monitoring residents 24 hours, 7 days a week, we can quickly observe early warning signs and implement timely intervention.

Our highly trained staff with a low turnover rate means consistent, high-quality care for your loved one.

Unique preplacement visits and thorough clinical assessments at admission help us hit the ground running on your family member's Treatment Plan.

A conservative medication philosophy and the power of daily structure add up to an enhanced quality of life and real progress.

Support groups, such as Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous and Schizophrenics Anonymous, are also offered on site.
