Residential services at Courtyard Manor of Wixom, Michigan The heart of our care for your loved one can be found in our Direct Care Staff. Each staff member is thoroughly screened and extensively trained to provide compassionate, specialized personal care services that meet unique needs.

Our staff can provide, assist with or teach residents to complete their activities of daily living:

In addition, we're here to provide around-the-clock supervision, including careful guidance during community outings. We also coordinate and provide transportation to all outside medical and community appointments.

Our unique reward system recognizes and motivates progress every step of the way.

We also conduct a satisfaction survey twice a year with residents and annually with families/guardians to improve our quality of care. In turn, our Quality Management Committee addresses concerns and recommendations in our Performance Improvement Plan.

We're committed to engaging residents in activities that empower them and support a greater level of independence. For example, a resident government program encourages each building to elect a president and vice president who conduct weekly meetings where residents recommend improvements to their living environment, services and/or care. Each quarter, all building presidents/vice presidents meet with our Executive Director to review concerns and actions taken, plus identify pending issues.
